Our Story
Health-First Mold Remediation
Vital Home Solutions was founded by Mike Fisher with a clear mission: to bring a health-centered, building-science approach to mold assessment and remediation in Utah. Mold exposure can cause mold sickness, chronic fatigue, mold toxicity, and sick building syndrome — and this company was built to serve families with the highest standard of care.
Unlike "sniff and split" companies that send a mold dog and leave, we send a certified mold assessor AND AWDA-certified mold detection dogs. Our inspectors find mold the dog doesn't find — in HVAC systems, behind vapor barriers, and in areas only revealed by moisture mapping and thermal imaging. We spend hours on-site with every assessment, provide video walkthroughs, and deliver complete remediation plans. We find the mold, give you a plan, and get it removed.
We hold the industry's most rigorous certifications including CIRSX MIR101, NORMI CMA, NORMI CRSI, NCRSI, and AWDA — ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
